Can I build a new home while I'm in the process of selling my current home?
Absolutely. We can begin building your new home while you have your
current home listed with a licensed Realtor®.
Can you help me sell my current home? We are more than happy
to list your home for sale through Rise Real Estate. Please ask me for
more details.
Will Pearson Homes, Inc. make modifications to their floor plans?
We have a team of experienced New Home Consultants that will assist you in
making changes to your floor plan of choice. You design it. We
deliver.
How many different places do we have to
visit for our design selections? You will make all of your
design selections, with the exception of your lighting package, at our
Design Center which is located in our Grand Lake Community Clubhouse.
You will visit
Richards Lighting for your lighting selections.
Do you have someone to help me with my
design selections? An Interior Decorator will meet with you
during your appointment to guide you with your selections.
Will Pearson Homes, Inc. contribute to my
closing costs? Using one of our preferred lenders, we will
contribute to your closing costs as outlined in our contract.
How long does it take to build my home?
From the time we receive your contract to the actual completion of your home
is approximately four (4) months.
What kind of warranty is provided with my
home? Your new home is covered by "2-10 Home Buyers Warranty."
This protection includes 1 full year of surety coverage against defects in
workmanship and materials, 2 full years of systems surety coverage against
defects in wiring, piping and ductwork in electrical, plumbing, heating,
cooling, ventilating and mechanical systems, and 10 full years of structural
defect coverage for load-bearing components.
